Pinheiro Neto and Santos Neto advise on Celm CRA issuance
Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised the company; Santos Neto Advogados advised the coordinators on the issuance of agribusiness receivables certificates (CRA) in one series, of the 158th Issuance of OPEA Securitizadora, backed by Agribusiness Credit Rights owed by Celm – Aquicultura.
A total of 57.000 CRA were allocated, with the possibility of a second tranche of up to 23.000 CRA, all with a par value of BRL 1.000 on the issuance date, totaling the global amount of BRL 90.000.000 being issued until the closing of the public offering.
