Mattos Filho and Monteiro Rusu advise on the Paraná Banco issue

Mattos Filho advised the issuer; Monteiro Rusu advised the underwriters on the 10th (tenth) issuance of financial notes by Paraná Banco, under the terms of CVM Rule 8, in the total amount of BRL 600 million.
