Machado Meyer advises Guararapes Painéis on its public issuance
Machado Meyer advised Guararapes Painéis on its first public issuance of book-entry commercial notes, totaling BRL 600 million, secured with real and surety guarantees.
The offering was distributed under the automatic registration procedure and aimed at reprofiling the company’s debt. The firm also supported Itaú BBA, Bradesco BBI, and Caixa Econômica Federal, and negotiated an intercreditor agreement with Banco do Brasil.
