Two firms advises CRA´s issuance of ACP Bioenergia
Cândido Martins Cukier acted as legal counsel to ACP, while Santos Neto Advogados advised BTG Pactual Investment Banking on the public offering of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (Certificados de Recebíveis do Agronegócio – CRA) issued as part of the 8th issuance of Éxes Securitizadora, backed by agribusiness receivables owed by ACP Bioenergia.
The issuance was structured in two series. The senior series, in the amount of BRL 268million, was publicly distributed under the automatic registration procedure set forth in CVM 160, with intermediation by BTG Pactual Investment Banking. The subordinated series, in the amount of BRL 67 million, was placed through a private placement. The total value of the transaction was BRL 335 million.
