FLH advises on BRL 3bn VTK FIDC offering

FLH has advised Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira, as lead arranger, Facta Financeira Crédito, Financiamento e Investimento, as assignor, and Oliveira Trust Servicer, as fund manager, on the public offering of senior and mezzanine quotas and private placement of junior quotas of the 1st issue of VTK Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios Responsabilidade Limitada, in the total amount of BRL 3 billion.

FLH has relied on partners Gabriel Leutewiler, and William Rizzi, and associates Paulo Garcia, Giovanna Bicudo, Beatriz Sanceau and Nicole Addeo.
