Pinheiro Neto and Lefosse advise on Comgás debenture issue

Pinheiro Neto advised COMGÁS, Lefosse advised XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, on the 15th issuance of non-convertible debentures, in a single series, of Companhia de Gás de São Paulo- COMGÁS, in the total amount of BRL 1,5 billion, for public distribution, pursuant to CVM 160, as amended.

The net proceeds raised by the issuer through the payment of the debentures will be used for the issuer’s day-to-day business operations.
