RTBF advises on TESC commercial notes issuance

RTBF Advogados acted as deal counsel on the 1^st issuance of commercial notes, in single tranche of TESC- Terminal Santa Catarina, for public distribution, according to the CVM Rule 160, under firm commitment of Banco Bradesco BBI, in the total amount of BRL 120 million.
