BMA advises Atlântica on Rede D’Or hospital deal

BMA acted as legal counsel to Atlântica Hospitais e Participações, a hospital investment vehicle within Grupo Bradesco, in connection with the acquisition of 49.99% of Hospital São Conrado D’Or.

The hospital, currently being developed in the São Conrado neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro, is owned by Rede D’Or, and is set to be integrated into the “Atlântica D’Or” hospital network once the transaction closes. The deal is valued at approximately BRL59 million, with the stake acquisition still pending regulatory approvals and other conditions customary for transactions of this kind.

The BMA team was led by partners Henrique Beloch (pictured), Leonardo Carneiro da R. Ramos De Carvalho, Adriana Dib Fuzinato and Guilherme Zoghbi Ayala, supported by associates Karina De Oliveira Silva, Estêvão Nascimento Orcini and Camila Bernardo Lobo.
