Abe Advogados announces a new partner of the tax area
Abe Advogados announced Maira Madeira as new partner of the tax area, in which she has been working since 2010.
She has extensive experience in judicial and administrative tax litigation, with strong performance before the Judicial Courts (state and federal), the Tax Court of São Paulo (state level) and the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals (federal level). She also acts in the tax consulting area by preparing legal opinions and consultations, especially in the sphere of indirect taxes, as well as in risk analysis of companies in negotiations (buy/sell side due diligence).
She is graduated by Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas de São Paulo – FMU/SP, has a post-graduation in Tax Constitutional Law by Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, MBA in Tax Management by FIPECAFI, and Master in Tax Law by Fundação Getúlio Vargas of São Paulo.
