Argentine firms merge creates “Bruchou & Funes de Rioja”

Argentinean law firms Bruchou Fernandez Madero & Lombardi, and Funes de Rioja & Asociados, have announced their integration to continue providing legal services with a “multiniche” strategy.

Thanks to this complementary decision, the new platform, Bruchou & Funes de Rioja, will cover all practices for business legal advice in the country.

“The “multiniche” strategy consists of the integration of the various practices to maximise the added value to clients while maintaining the benefits of development by speciality. This brings greater depth of knowledge, know-how and know who best suits the needs of clients enriched by the complementation of specialties; interdisciplinary teams and integrated support in terms of infrastructure, technology, innovation, human capital management and quality for which both firms are recognised locally and internationally” commented Rodrigo Funes de Rioja.

The team will now have more than 150 lawyers and 55 partners, whose management will be led by an executive committee comprising: Liban Kusa (pictured left), Ignacio Funes de Rioja (pictured centre left), Hugo Bruzone (pictured centre right) and Rodrigo Funes de Rioja (pictured right); and a director’s board comprising: Florencia Funes de Rioja, Lucila Winschel, Eduardo J. Viñales, Guillermo F. Perego, Mariano Luchetti and José Bazán. It will also have the support of a founder’s council, made up of Enrique Bruchou, Carlos Lombardi and Daniel Funes de Rioja.
