BU represents lenders in financing Tesorito project
Colombian law firm Brigard Urrutia has advised Banco Santander and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, as lenders, on the financing of the Tesorito project, a construction project, through the granting of a loan for approximately US$170 million.
Proyecto Tesorito, located in Sahagún, Córdoba, is a commissioned project that includes a gas-fired power generation plant with a capacity of 200 MW.
BU’s group was led by partner Cesar Felipe Rodríguez Parra (pictured left) and senior associate Santiago Jaramillo Martínez (pictured right), with support from partner Claudia Navarro, senior associate Mario Alejandro Forero González, and associates Juan Nicolás González and Antonio Garlatti-Venturini Osorio.
