Affinitas counsels IMSA on sale of Neotrimental
Law firms Gómez-Pinzón and Mijares Angoitia Cortés y Fuentes advised Grupo IMSA on the sale of Neotrimental (formerly Andermex), a company engaged in the production and marketing of fumaric acid food additives, to Mexichem Compuestos, a subsidiary of Orbia Advance Corporation (Grupo Orbia), a Mexican petrochemical company, advised by Ritch Mueller.
The transaction involved the preparation and negotiation of several supplementary agreements to the Share Purchase Agreement in order to define and regulate the restructuring and transition period of Neotrimental.
