Marval and PAGBAM advise on issuance of CNHI Capital dollar-linked notes

Marval O’Farrell Mairal has advised CNH Industrial Capital Argentina SA (CNHI Capital), and Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Arntsen advised the underwriters, in the issuance of dollar-linked notes due May 2025 at a rate of 0.00 %, for a nominal amount of USD 36,375,673 (Class 5 Notes).

The issue was made on 24 May, and the Class 5 Notes are authorised for listing and trading on the Argentine Stock Exchange and the Electronic Open Market, respectively.

Banco Santander Argentina and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires acted as underwriters and arrangers; while Puente Hnos, Balanz Capital Valores and Banco Patagonia acted as underwriters.

CNHI Capital is a commercial finance company within the CNH Industrial Group that offers CNH Industrial’s customers and dealers financing for the acquisition of new and used vehicles and financing to the dealer network on its stock of units. Today, it is a private company with more than 40 years of global presence, more than 20 years in Brazil and 10 years in Argentina.
