Amaral Lewandowski announces a new partner in the M&A practice area
Amaral Lewandowski Advogados strengthens its M&A department with the arrival of Stephanie Lopes Schiavinato (pictured).
With 15 years of experience in Corporate Law and M&A, Stephanie has a solid professional background in advising public and private, Brazilian and foreign companies on significant acquisitions and sale of assets and companies, in the drafting and negotiation of investment agreements, shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures, and in regulatory matters, including obligations before the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM). Stephanie has also advised clients in succession planning and corporate restructurings.
She holds a law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and an LL.M in Corporate Law from Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa – INSPER and New York University School of Law. Stephanie has worked from 2017 to 2018 as an international associate at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen and Hamilton, in New York.
