ARIFA assists in second aircraft delivery to Copa Airlines

Arias Fábrega & Fábrega has assisted Yamasa Sangyo Aircraft CMP2 Kumiai, as lessor, and BNP Paribas (New York Branch) as security agent, in the financing and structuring of certain operating leases related to the second of six (6) deliveries of Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft to Copa Airlines, the largest Panamanian and most important airline in Latin America.
