Santos Neto Advogados Advises CRA’s issuance of Durlicouros
Santos Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel, advising Kinea Investimentos, Opea Securitizadora and Pietá Administração de Bens, company that is part of the Durlicouros Group, in the public offering of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of the 85th issue of True, backed by Agribusiness Credit Rights due by Pietá, as per CVM Resolution 160, according to the Automatic Registration Rite.
The total amount of the issue was BRL 150 million.
