B&E advises Independencia AGF on capital increase of investment fund

Barros & Errázuriz has advised Independencia Administradora General de Fondos on the Independencia Rentas Inmobiliarias Investment Fund, in its capital increase through the issuance of 90,000,000 shares, equivalent to approximately 4,000,000 UF or USD 161,000,000.

This transaction was closed on 28 September.
