Lawyer from Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción, Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia Law School with emphasis in Corporate Law and International Commercial Arbitration.
He specializes in corporate-finance and antitrust with extensive experience in corporate and financial transactions, merger notifications and summary proceedings for anti-competitive conduct, and in dispute resolution such as commercial arbitration and corporate disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Manuel was a senior associate at Gross Brown Estudio Jurídico, a paralegal and then an associate at Vouga & Olmedo Abogados and an international lawyer at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, New York.
