BMA advise BanQi on the organization of a FIDC-NP

BMA advised BanQi Instituição de Pagamento on the organization and operation of a non-standard receivables investment fund (FIDC-NP), managed by Banco Genial, with Genial Gestão as its portfolio manager, as well as in the public offering, with restricted placement efforts, of the subordinated shares of its first issuing, pursuant to the terms of CVM Instruction 476/2009.

BMA also analyzed tax and regulatory aspects related to the assignment of certain defaulted credits to FIDC-NP.
