BMA advise Fleury on it´s issuance of simple debentures
BMA advised Fleury on its 9th issuance of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, of unsecured type, in two series, for public distribution, under automatic registration, in accordance with CVM 160, in the amount of BRL 1 billion.
The funds obtained by the company from its ninth issuance of debentures will be used for general corporate purposes of the company, including extension of liabilities and working capital reinforcement.
BMA’s work involved the discussion, negotiation and formalization of all the documents of the transaction, including the corporate approvals, the debentures’ indenture, among others. Banco Itaú BBA acted as lead manager for the operation.
