BMA and TozziniFreire act in sale of quotas of Shopping JK to Iguatemi
BMA Advogados advised Iguatemi on the acquisition of an additional 36% stake in Shopping JK Iguatemi, held by TIAA, through the purchase by its subsidiary Mutuall Soluções Financeiras, of 100% of the shares of Adeoti Empreendimentos Imobiliários.
The transaction value was R$ 667 million and represented the consolidation of Iguatemi’s ownership over Shopping JK and the return of TIAA’s investment.
