VPBG advises FAM Group on multijurisdictional deal
The BEUMER Group, an international leader in the manufacture of intralogistics systems for conveying, loading, palletizing, packaging, sorting and distribution, has acquired FAM Group in its entirety, world’s leading full-range bulk handling and processing equipment suppliers.
The business areas of the two companies complement each other ideally, according to the analysis of industry experts.
The Brazilian component of the transaction, which comprised the acquisition of 100% of FAM Mining Brasil, was concluded on August 29, 2022. The transaction value was not disclosed.
