Bomchil and Bruchou assist in issue of Compañía General de Combustibles
Bomchil has assisted Compañía General de Combustibles and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja to the arrangers and underwriters, in the issuance of the Class 28 Notes.
The Notes, denominated in US dollars and payable in pesos at the applicable exchange rate of 0.00%, mature in September 2026 and were issued for a total amount of US$80,000,000. The issue took place on 7 September 2022 under the company’s Frequent Issuer Scheme.
In addition, the Class 28 Notes could be paid in cash or in kind, through the delivery of Class 18 Notes denominated in US dollars and payable in pesos at the applicable exchange rate of 3.00% and maturing in November 2022, issued by the company in November 2020.
The proceeds from the placement of the Class 28 Notes will be used to refinance liabilities, working capital and investments in physical assets located in the country, and were authorized for listing on the Buenos Aires Stock Exchanges and Markets and for trading on the Electronic Open Market.
Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) and Banco Santander Argentina acted as arrangers and placement agents; while Allaria Ledesma & Cía., AR Partners, BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, Balanz Capital Valores, Banco Mariva, Banco Hipotecario, Facimex Valores, Max Capital, Banco Itaú Argentina, Itaú Valores and TPCG Valores acted as underwriters.
