Brazilian firms act on the acquisition of Webmotors by Carsales

Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Carsales on the acquisition of a 40% of Santander’s shares on Webmotors’ capital stock for for BRL1.24 billion, increasing its equity stake from 30% (acquired in 2013) to 70%.

Santander, wich was represented by Castro Barros Advogados, will continue to own the remaining 30% in Webmotors.
