Bruchou counsels on Banco Macro’s issuance of Negotiable Bonds

Bruchou, Fernández, Madero & Lombardi has assisted Banco Macro in the issuance of its $17m Class E Notes

Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi has counselled Banco Macro in the issuance of its Class E Notes for a par value of $17,000,000 US dollars, under the Global Medium-Term Notes Issuance Programme for a par value of $1,500,000,000 US dollars.

The Negotiable Obligations, admitted for listing on the Argentine Stock Exchange and Markets (BYMA) and for trading on the Electronic Open Market (MAE), mature 24 months from their date of issue and settlement, i.e. on 2 May 2024, with quarterly interest at a fixed annual nominal rate of 1.45%. Fix Argentina has rated the Negotiable Obligations as “AAA (arg)” with stable outlook.

In the issuance, Banco Macro acted as issuer, Macro Securities as arranger and co-placement, while Balanz Capital and Allaria Ledesma & Cia acted as co-placement.

Rodrigo Alejandro Covello acted as in-house lawyer for Banco Macro.
