Bruchou promotes Pablo Muir to partner
Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has announced the appointment of Pablo M. Muir (pictured) as a new partner in the Tax practice.
Pablo joined Bruchou in 2012. He specialises in Tax Law and has provided tax advice to corporate clients on transactions, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets operations and financing structures, both in the local and international markets. Among other industries, he regularly advises oil and gas companies, technology companies and public entities.
His practice has also focused on domestic and international tax planning for high net worth individuals and families and on inheritance and asset management structures. In this context, he has advised international banks, trustees and financial advisors on tax, inheritance and family law matters.
He is a lawyer with an Honours Diploma and Academic Excellence Award from the University of Buenos Aires, and obtained a Master’s Degree in Tax Law from the Torcuato Di Tella University. He previously worked as a paralegal at the law firm M & M Bomchil.
