BSVV acts in development of Inmobiliaria Inspira’s projects
Barros Silva Varela & Vigil has acted as advisor to Inmobiliaria Inspira in its three new real estate projects located in the Ñuñoa and Vitacura districts: Edificio Brown Norte, Edificio Pucará and Edificio El Nogal, which are now for sale.
The consultancy included the design of the corporate structure for the development of the projects, the study of titles, as well as the negotiation of promises and sales of the properties that make up each of the buildings, the review of the real estate co-ownership, and the drafting of the co-ownership regulations for each of the buildings.
