BU and Gómez-Pinzón assist in $165m financing to Diesco
Brigard Urrutia has assisted Diesco Industries in a financing transaction by Comvest Credit Partners, advised by Gómez-Pinzón, for approximately USD 165 million.
The funds, disbursed on 31 December, will be used to refinance Diesco’s existing debt, while providing flexibility for the company’s growth and expansion.
BU’s team was led by partner Cesar Rodriguez (pictured left), together with associates Santiago Jaramillo and José Nicolás Bolívar.
Gómez-Pinzón’s team consisted of partner Daniel Londoño (pictured right) and associate Andrés Eduardo Gómez.
