BU assists in refinancing of Caboa Inversiones
Brigard Urrutia has assisted Scotiabank, Scotiabank Colpatria and Export Development Canada in the closing of the refinancing of the investment platform Caoba Inversiones, of Celsia Energía and Cubico Sustainable Investments.
This refinancing contemplates loans of up to approximately USD 420 million and COP 500 billion for the development, construction and operation of energy sector assets in the departments of Valle, Tolima, Córdoba and Sucre.
