Bueno Tax Lawyers announces a new consultant in corporate law
Bueno Tax Lawyers has strengthened its team with the arrival of Constanza Bodini (pictured) as a consultant focused on corporate law.
Constanza is a lawyer in Brazil and Argentina, graduated from the University of Brasília (UnB) and from the Catholic University of Argentina. She holds a specialization degree in Business Law from the University of Buenos Aires, an LL.M. from the University of Illinois, USA, and a Professional Master’s degree in Business Law from FGV-SP.
Her experience includes almost 20 years of practice in corporate, contractual, banking and compliance matters, including projects in Brazil and throughout Latin America, with highlights to her stints at Marval O’ Farrel & Mairal Abogados in Buenos Aires and at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB INVEST) in Washington DC and Buenos Aires. Since 2017, she has been the director of the Argentine-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in São Paulo, being in charge of its mediation and arbitration center.
