Carey and Davis Polk instructed on $600 million notes offering by Enersis

Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers on an SEC-registered offering of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 4.00% notes due 2026 by Enersis Américas.  Carey acted for Enersis 

Enersis Américas is a Chilean electricity company,  60% owned by the Enel Group. Besides Chile, Enersis Américas has operations in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Peru.

Partners Maurice Blanco and Michael Farber led the Davis Polk team advising the joint book-runners BBVA, Citigroup, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Santander. The banks worked with Claro & Cía. as Chilean counsel 

Partner Diego Peralta led the Carey team advising Enersis Americas which also instructed Chadbourne & Parke as NY counsel.
