Pérez-Llorca and Miranda & Amado have agreed to a full legal and economic integration, creating a combined Ibero-American platform of approximately 1,300 professionals. The merger, described as the first of its kind in the Peruvian market, is expected to close within weeks pending approval from both firms’ governing bodies.
