Cescon Barrieu advises on issuance of CRI by Opea Securitizadora

Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised Inter Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and Urba Desenvolvimento Urbano on the public distribution offering of Certificates of Real Estate (CRI), issued by Opea Securitizadora, backed by real estate credits assigned by Urba 5 Loteamentos and by Residencial Progresso Empreendimento Imobiliário, in the total amount of R$ 38.650.000,00, pursuant to CVM 160.

The assignors are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Urba Desenvolvimento Urbano, which is an urban development company of MRV&CO, a market leader in the real estate segment in the State of Minas Gerais.
