Cescon Barrieu and Machado Meyer advise on Helexia issue
Cescon Barrieu advised the issuer and Machado Meyer advised the underwriter on the 1st issuance of commercial notes, in single series, for public offering, by Helexia Investimentos, with guarantee of Voltalia, pursuant to CVM 160.
The underwriter of the offering was Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira. The proceeds from the offering, which totaled BRL 240 million, will be used to increase the capital of its subsidiaries and for working capital.
Cescon Barrieu advised the company and relied on partner Eduardo Kuhlmann Abrantes (pictured right), associates Isabella Braga, Joana Vaz, Vitor Hugo Mayerhofer and intern Álvaro Vilarinho.
Machado Meyer advised the lead underwriter and relied on partner Fernanda Cury Messias (pictured left), Raphael Oliveira Zono (pictured center), lawyer Marianna Torello Palladino.
