Cescon Barrieu act as deal counsel on issuance by Unidas
Cescon Barrieu acted as deal counsel advising the issuer and the underwriters on the 1st issuance of simple, non-convertible in shares, unsecured debentures, in a single series, by Unidas Locadora , for public offering, pursuant CVM 160.
The total amount was R$750 million. Banco Bradesco BBI and Banco Itaú BBA acted as underwriters in the offering.
Cescon Barrieu advised the issuer and the underwriters and relied on partner Daniel Laudisio (pictured); associates Isabella Braga, Isabela Moraes and intern Isadora Barbosa.
