Machado Meyer advise B3 on the acquisition of Datastock
Machado Meyer advised B3 – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão on the acquisition of the totality of the quotas representing the capital stock of Datastock Tecnologia e Serviços, a technology company specialized in inventory integration management of new and used vehicle stores.
The expected purchase price is up to R$ 80 million, of which R$ 50 million in cash on the closing date and up to R$ 30 million in earn-out in up to 5 years from that date, and depending on the achievement of certain targets.
The final price may suffer adjustments that are common in transactions of this nature. The transaction was subject to the implementation of certain conditions precedent, and was approved by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).
