CGM advises on the ESG public offering of CRA of Gaia
CGM Advogados advised COAPAR and Gaia Impacto Securitizadora on the ESG public offering of the singles series of the 36th issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of Gaia Impacto Securitizadora, backed by agribusiness credits (financial rural product bill, a.k.a. CPR-F) and guaranteed by fiduciary assignment of stock represented by mozzarella cheese, pasteurized milk, and butter.
The transaction value was BRL 3 million.
The guarantor, issuer of the CPR-F and direct beneficiary of the transaction proceeds is Cooperativa de Produção, Industrialização, e Comercialização Agropecuária dos Assentados e Agricultores Familiares da Região Noroeste do Estado de São Paulo (COAPAR).
