CGM and Cescon Barrieu advise on Asa Rent a Car issuance
CGM Advogados advised on the public offering of the 1st issuance of debenture of Companhia Asa Rent a Car Locação de Veículos on a total amount of BRL 88 million.
Cescon Barrieu advised the underwriters UBS BB Banco de Investimento, Banco Santander (Brasil), Banco BMG and Banco BV. Pentagono acted as the fiduciary agent (trustee) of the issuance.
Asa Rent a Car is a prominent Brazilian company specializing in mobility solutions through vehicle rental services in the Northeast region. Established in 2004, initially focusing on serving tourists, the company expanded its operations to include government agencies and private enterprises, establishing itself as a key player in fleet outsourcing.
