Cleary counsels ATP on $60m credit facility

Cleary Gottlieb has counselled Andean Telecom Partners (ATP), acting through its subsidiary ATP Fiber Colombia, as borrower, on a $60 million credit agreement.

The credit agreement was entered into on 24 March 2023 and matures on 27 April 2025, with UMB Bank National Association acting as administrative agent, and Scotiabank Colpatria and Bancolombia as lenders.

The credit agreement is guaranteed by ATP Tower Holdings and its subsidiaries Andean Telecom Partners Chile, Andean Tower Partners Colombia, Andean Telecom Partners Peru, ATP Fiber Chile and Redes de Fibra del Peru and is secured by a lien on the shares of ATP’s operating subsidiaries.

ATP is a private telecommunications and digital infrastructure provider in the Andean region. It operates in Colombia, Peru, Chile, Ecuador and Paraguay, and provides services to telecommunications and wireless operators, as well as significantly enabling mobile and broadband connectivity in the Andean region.
