Davis Polk advised Arcos Dorados on cash tender offer

Davis Polk acted for Arcos Dorados on its cash tender offer for up to $80 million of its 6.625% senior notes due 2023.

Arcos Dorados is the world’s largest McDonald’s franchisee in terms of sales and number of restaurants, and it operates the largest fast food restaurant chain in Latin America and the Caribbean. The company is headquartered in Montevideo, Uruguay,

Davis Polk lawyers in New York and Menlo Park teamed up to work on this deal.
