Davis Polk advised Cosan on its $500 million offering of 5.950% notes due 2024.

Cosan is the world’s largest sugarcane grower, sugar and ethanol producer. The company is headquartered in Sao Paulo and operates in Brazil, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay and United Kingdom.

The notes were issued pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act
