Davis Polk instructed on $750 million notes offering by Pampa Energía

Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers on a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering by Pampa Energía f an aggregate principal amount of $750 million of 7.500% notes due 2027.

Pampa Energía is the fourth-largest private oil and gas company in Argentina, and the country´s largest electricity provider. 

Partners Maurice Blanco and Kathleen Ferrell led the Davis Polk advising the initial purchasers. The latter retained Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi as local counsel in Argentina. 

Pampa Energía instructed Cleary Gotlieb in the US and and Salaverri, Dellatorre, Burgio & Wetzler Malbrán in Argentina.
