dcom incorporates HRD Advogados and opens a unit in SP
dcom – Drumond Cunha Oliveira Milagres Advogados, with head office in Belo Horizonte, has incorporated the tax law boutique HRD Advogados, headed by Hugo Reis Dias (pictured left), in a move that seeks to strengthen the area in the firm.
Hugo arrives to expand the firm’s activities in the tax area, leading relevant projects both in consulting and tax as well as in the support of innovative theses in litigation.
The firm also opened a new office in São Paulo, bringing in Tiago Mackey (pictured right), former legal executive of a large company, who will take over the Dispute Resolution vertical.
