Veirano and Machado Meyer on issuance of debentures by Turbi
Veirano Advogados advised Turbi Compartilhamento de Veículos, Machado Meyer advised the underwriter.
This is the public offering of the 8th issuance of debentures of Turbi, a 100% digital car rental company, and the proceeds will be used for the acquisition by Turbi of new vehicles, which will be leased, or shared with its users, through its digital platform; and cash reinforcement, in the course of Turbi’s activities.
The total amount was BRL 106 million.
