Demarest adds M&A lawyer from Mattos Filho

Demarest Advogados announced that Ana Carolina Botto Audi has joined the firm as partner in the M&A practice group. 

Botto Audi graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and further specialized in M&A and Corporate Finance at the University of Pennsylvania and Wharton School of Economics. She has over fifteen years of experience advising blue chip clients on private equity investments, mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, going-private deals and joint ventures.
