Demarest Advogados advised GLA Brasil on the acquisition of quotas held by Globo Comunicação e Participações in the capital stock of Sky Serviços de Banda Larga

Demarest advised GLA Brasil (a company controlled by Grupo Werthein) in the acquisition of the totality of the quotas held by Globo Comunicação e Participações in the capital stock of Sky Serviços de Banda Larga, representing 7% of the capital stock of Sky.

After the closing, GLA Brasil became the sole owner of Sky Serviços de Banda Larga capital stock.
