Demarest and BZCP advise on the acquisition of ITG by Banyan Software
BZCP Advogados advised ITG (Informação, Tecnologia e Gerência), a Brazilian company specializing in software solutions for regulatory compliance in the insurance sector, on the sale of the company to Banyan Software, which was advised by Demarest..
