Dias Carneiro advises Nomo on the formation of a joint venture
Dias Carneiro Advogados advises Nomo in the sale of 51% of the capital stock of its newly formed subsidiary called Nomo Wave (Wave Tech do Brasil), focused on digital activities for telecom companies and operation of mobile virtual network operators, to Bemobi, a publicly-held company with operations in more than 51 countries.
The transaction value was BRL 11.500.000,00.
