Santos Neto advises CRA’s issuance of Cedro Textil
Santos Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel, advising Kinea Investimentos, True Securitizadora and Cedro Textil, in the public offering of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of the 85th issue of True, backed by Agribusiness Credit Rights due by Cedro Textil, as per CVM Resolution 160, according to the Automatic Registration Rite.
The total amount of the issue was BRL 100 million.
