Dias Carneiro advises on BRL50m Fibra Experts CRI
Dias Carneiro Advogados advised Riza Securitizadora and Fibra Experts Empreendimentos Imobiliários on the 319th issuance of Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI), carried out in a single series for a total value of BRL50 million. The operation was backed by real estate credit rights originated by Fibra Experts Empreendimentos Imobiliários and structured under the terms of CVM Resolution 160.
The issuance reinforces the use of the capital markets as a financing alternative for real estate projects.
The Dias Carneiro Advogados team responsible for the transaction was led by capital markets partner Victor Henrique Baptistin, with the participation of lawyers Carla Araújo Ribeiro and Michele Cazemiro Cristofoli, together with associate Alison da Silva Eugenio.
On behalf of Riza Securitizadora, the transaction involved Viviane Dias, Nathalia Pereira, Evelyn Chen, Renata Brito, Jéssica Martins and Enzo Gamberini.
